Ingredients:  lard, lye   distilled water, sweet wormwood (sweet annie) oregano and purple coneflower ( echinacea purpurea) 

Hand crafted lard and lye bar soap made with organically grown sweet wormwood, oregano, echinacea purpurea and lemongrass essential oil.

Lightly scented with lemongrass essential oil. No other ingredients were used in the manufacture of this soap.

We grow our own sweet wormwood using organic gardening methods.

Lemongrass Essential Oil: We have added lemongrass essential oil to this soap for a gentle lemony scent. Note this bar soap does have a slightly spicy and herbal scent due to the wormwood and oregano.

I do not use any alcohols, colorants, fragrances, whiteners ( such as titanium dioxide) or hardeners in any of my products. All soaps are hand made from scratch and are not made from "melt and pour" soap bases. This soap is made using the hot process soaping method in order to preserve their skin benefits. The herbs have not been subjected to degradation caused by the saponification process.

Due to the natural curing process, and lighting while the pictures were taken, the colors of the soaps shown may differ slightly from the photographs shown. Bars typically weigh 4 to 5 ounces each. No bar will weigh less than 4 ounces. Some of these bars may weigh over 5 ounces. They are manually cut so size does vary.
