Soap Loaves

Soap loaves are made to order. Lead time is approx. 1-2 weeks. Expect to receive an email within 24-48 hours of placing your order, notifiying you of the estimated manufacture and shipping dates for your loaf.

If we are experiencing extremely wet, damp or humid weather conditions, this lead time may be extended, but we will notify you via email if this is the case.

Each soap loaf comprises  9 full sized bars of soap. Bars are cut and labelled with our standard labels.

Hot process loaves can be used  immediacy upon receipt, but will benefit from extra drying time to extend their lifespan.

Cold process loaves will require 2 weeks extra cure time after receipt before being used. Please do not use these soaps before this time has expired, as the process of saponification will not yet be complete.

Your soap loaf (9 bars) will weigh at least 2.5lb but may weigh over 3lb depending on the weight of herbs, honey, clays and other ingredients used in their manufacture.
